Mr. Arya has over 25 years of experience in industry and academia. He has done B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from Marathwara University, Aurangabad and M.Tech in Electronics & Communication from RTU, Kota Mr. Arya has published more than 25 papers in national and international publications & guided various graduate & postgraduate projects and thesis by students in the field of Radio Frequency. Mr. Arya had received an award from IEEE MTT-S SBC Delhi Chapter For Active Role as Chair of MTT-S By Barry S. Pearlman, President- IEEE MTF-S, U.S.A. He was also selected in INAE (Indian National Academy Of Engineering) and did project at C.A.R.E HT Delhi. Apart from this, he has attended a number of national and international workshops, seminars and training sessions including training on Management Capacity Enhancement Programme (MCEP) in Indian Institute of Management (BM) Udaipur.
